Gallery One Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale are condo hotel units. Located at 2670 East Sunrise Blvd, the building is one block from the Galleria Mall, and a 5 minute walk to Fort Lauderdale Beach. The building is operated by Hilton Hotels and sits on the Fort Lauderdale's Intracoastal waterway.

What is a condo hotel? The term condo hotel and condotel are used as one in the same. Essentially it just means the building operates as both condominium units, as well as a hotel. The hotel will rent your unit out when you are not staying there. Most condo hotels do have limits on the amount of time you as a unit owner can stay in the unit during the year. Each time your unit is rented for a night you share in the revenue of the room along with the hotel. Fort Lauderdale is a premier vacation destination for travelers throughout the world. Vacancy rates in hotels tend to be smaller here versus the country as a whole. This is great news for anyone considering buying a condo hotel unit in Fort Lauderdale.

Gallery One Condominiums was renovated in 2006, the renovations were extensive. The building rises 13 stories above the Intracoastal waterway and has 231 units in total. The units are sold furnished and ready to rent. Units in this building tend to be larger in size than the typical condo hotel unit as the inventory is mainly 1 and 2 bedrooms, versus hotel sized suites that are the normal sale type in a condo hotel.
