My name is Casey Prindle. I am a Realtor that lives and works in the great city of Fort Lauderdale. I'm originally from Massachusetts. I attended Northeastern University which is located in Boston. Upon graduation I accepted a position within a mutual fund company. After a year of working in Boston, I decided to move to New York City. I began working for Royal Bank of Canada in their Manhattan office. My final job in New York City was with Countrywide Home Loans, which at the time was moving an enormous volume of mortgage backed securities. I accepted a promotion within Countrywide and was relocated to South Florida.
The understanding of markets, financials, mathematical calculations, and a love of Real Estate is what pushed me towards becoming a Realtor. I've always been fascinated with numbers and finance, that fascination continues to this day. I've been a part of, or overseen, in excess of $600 million in real estate and mortgage backed transactions. You always hear that "real estate is local", it's a phrase I believe to be very true. I know and understand the markets I serve. I am a full time resident of Fort Lauderdale. If you work with me you won't find a generalist. What you will find is a very focused Realtor that knows everything about Fort Lauderdale, the area that I serve.
The neighborhoods I cover include:
Please look around my blog. Read some posts, and hopefully learn some things about the Fort Lauderdale real estate market. More than half of inventory listed on the MLS does not show up on my website. Please feel free to email me at email@example.com if you'd like to receive all listings that fit your criteria by email.
I live in Fort Lauderdale with my wife and our 3 dogs that were rescued from the Caribbean. Fort Lauderdale is a wonderful place to live and I would encourage all those interested to fully explore it!
If you are looking to adopt a dog from the Bahamas or the Caribbean please follow the links below or contact me. There is little animal control in the Caribbean and plenty of dogs called "Potcakes" that are in need of homes. They have great temperaments and are acclimated to the heat of South Florida, though they can certainly live in all climates.
I work as a Realtor in Southeast Fort Lauderdale. If you’re interested in buying or selling a home, condominium, or townhouse (townhome) in: Rio Vista, Victoria Park, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Sailboat Bend, Tarpon River, Croissant Park, Collee Hammock, Wilton Manors, Poinsettia Heights, Coral Ridge, or Las Olas Isles, please feel free to contact me at (786)443-7203 or through my email firstname.lastname@example.org. I am a Realtor that works on Saturdays in order to accommodate those with busy schedules.
