You’ve been asking for it, and I have it!  Give me a call or shoot me and email to set up a showing today.  The Conrad Residences are getting a ton of interest and will likely sell fast.  I’ve said before, and I’ll say again, the true value of the building is buying in the correct line.  You have to know what buildings are going up in what locations in North Beach Village to understand how this will impact your view.  I absolutely believe some lines in this building have much better value than others.  If you don’t fully understand the project, and the area, you can buy the wrong line in the building and hurt your future value.
